Order Handling and Processing

• For large or special orders, please allow up to 5 business days for handling.
• All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) up until 12:00 PM SAST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Delivery to all locations within South Africa: 1–10 business days (unless otherwise specified for specific products or during peak periods).

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping applies to all orders totaling R5,000.00 or more.
• A standard flat-rate shipping fee of R139.92 applies to orders under R5,000.00.
